JSON Prompt Gen is a client-side web application designed to assist users in creating structured JSON prompts for AI video generation platforms. The Service provides a user interface for inputting text and selecting parameters, which are then formatted into JSON code.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content you generate.

You agree NOT to use the Service to generate prompts that:

  • Violate the content policies of the target AI platform (e.g., Google, OpenAI, Runway).
  • Generate hate speech, violence, harassment, or illegal content.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Your Content: You retain full ownership of the prompts and JSON code you create using the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your output.

Service Content: The design, code, and "Cinematic Dictionary" definitions of the Service are owned by JSON Prompt Gen and are protected by copyright laws.

5. AI Integration (BYOK Model)

The Service allows you to connect third-party AI models using your own API keys ("Bring Your Own Key").

  • You understand that we act only as an interface. We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, or output quality of third-party AI services.
  • You are responsible for any charges incurred from your use of third-party APIs.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the generated JSON prompts will produce any specific result or quality of video on third-party platforms, as AI generation is inherently unpredictable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JSON Prompt Gen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
